Does the West Virginia Tax Institute, Inc. refund program fees if I cannot make it to the program?
Yes, we will refund your registration fee (minus any website processing fees which we incur) up to ten (10) days prior to the program. After the ten-day (10) cutoff, we cannot grant refunds as our final attendee counts have already been provided to the host location and/or caterers.

When will the program materials be available? Via what method will the program materials be distributed? Will there be printed, hard-copy materials available at the program?
The program materials will be delivered to each registrant via email in PDF format at least two (2) days prior to the program's scheduled start date. West Virginia Tax Institute, Inc. does not provide printed, hard-copy materials to participants.
